Emerson Center Lectureship Award Symposium

The 6th annual Emerson Center Lectureship Award Symposium is scheduled for March 2, 2009. This year's theme is "Computation and Energy: Search for Renewable and Alternative Energy". The one-day event will take place at Harland Cinema, Dobbs University Center (DUC) on Emory campus.

Two cash awards for $100 each are setup for the best posters, and the winners will be announced at the symposium.

Important Notice to Poster Session participants:

  1. If you plan to present a poster, make sure you register online by clicking the "Registration" link above so that we will reserve a space for you. Non-registered posters are not eligible for the cash awards.
  2. Poster boards are available in the lobby area after 8:30am, Monday, March 2, and will be taken away early next morning. Make sure you take off your posters at the end of the day.
  3. The size of the poster boards is 4 x 6 each. Push pins will be provided. Poster boards are numbered and is first come and first served. Only registered posters are guaranteed a space.
